Kiddie Porn Website Operator Sentenced to Life in Prison for Running Website Showing Images Of Sexual Abuse And Torture
A Federal Court in Florida has sentenced a kiddie porn website operator to life in prison. William Michael Spearman will spending the rest of his life in prison for operating a kiddie porn website.
Court documents indicate William Michael Spearman was the lead administrator of the website. The website included a section devoted to the sexual abuse of infants and toddlers. It also included a section devoted to images and videos depicting children being subjected to pain and torture. In addition, it had a section devoted to avoiding detection by law enforcement.
As the lead administrator, Spearman managed numerous other “staff” members. He directed them on how to help run the site. Spearman also recommended other users to promote the site. He also induced others to keep records of the kiddie porn advertised and distributed over the site. In addition, he also presided over staff meetings.
On June 12, 2023, Spearman pleaded guilty to engaging in a child exploitation enterprise.
Alabama Man Had Co-Conspirators Who Have Already Pleaded Guilty
The courts have convicted the following defendants. The federal court in Miami sentenced them for their involvement with the website:
- Selwyn David Rosenstein of Boynton Beach, FL, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to advertise child pornography. He also pleaded guilty to five counts of advertisement of child pornography, and possession of child pornography. The court sentenced Rosenstein to 28 years in prison. The judge also ordered him to pay $80,500 in restitution to victims of his offense. The court sentenced him on December 12, 2022.
- Gregory Malcolm Good of Silver Springs, NV, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to advertise child pornography. In addition, he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute child pornography. A federal judge sentenced him to 25 years and 10 months in prison. The court also ordered Good to pay $93,500 in restitution to victims of his offense on August 23, 2023.
- Robert Preston Boyles of Clarksville, TN, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to advertise child pornography and conspiracy to distribute child pornography. A federal court sentenced him to 23 years and four months in prison. The court also ordered him to pay $7,500 in restitution to victims of his offense on August 15, 2023.
