The Operator Of “The Ho Zone” Sold Access to Child Pornography and Illegally Obtained Adult Pornography
The FBI in New York arrested Kyle White in Kentucky. White operated an online marketplace called the “The Ho Zone.”
The feds charged White with advertising and distribution of child pornography. US Attorney Damian Williams told the media:
The Feds allege in their complaint that White ran an online pornography marketplace known as “The Ho Zone.” The marketplace was located on the messaging application Telegram. White categorized the pornography on his channel. He advertised and sold access to the “The Ho Zone” through dozens of groups and channels. As a result, he had thousands of members and subscribers.
White further categorized the pornography within each of these groups. The groups were subcategorized by the name of the woman or minor girl featured in the content. Each group and channel on “The Ho Zone” featured a variety of free content as a preview. People had to subscribe to receive full access for the channel they wanted.
White charged subscribers an access fee between $15 and $75. The user then gained permanent access “The Ho Zone” channel. From there, he could access numerous sexually explicit photographs and videos of that woman or minor girl.
WHITE advertised and sold child pornography on “The Ho Zone.”
The videos depicted minor victims as young as 11 years old. The channel also contained videos of minor victims engaging in sexually explicit conduct with their minor victim siblings.
Feds Claim “The Ho Zone” Operator Kyle White Knew What He Was Doing Was Illegal
Federal prosecutors also sold illegally obtained adult pornography on “The Ho Zone.”
The pornography that had been hacked from women’s cellphones. He also downloaded pornography that was the product of blackmail. The victims featured in such pornography included women with large social media followings and female athletes.
Federal prosecutors also allege that White knew running the channel was illegal. However, he continued to sell child pornography and illegally obtained adult pornography on the marketplace. Why? He knew it was lucrative.
For example, WHITE claimed in a message to another Telegram user that he “made over 300k in the first year” of operating “The Ho Zone.”
White bragged that he made “over $10k off the girls” in the “THZ Black Market” channel.
He also stated that he did not want to stop selling child pornography because “it’s just easier said than done givin’ up $1,000’s.”
Kyle White Now Faces 55 Years In Federal Prison
Federal prosecutors have charged White with advertising child pornography. White is facing a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison and a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison. He has also been charged with receipt and distribution of child pornography.
If convicted, White is also facing a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
