TikTok Star Rory Teasley Strangled To Death By His Boyfriend Docquen Jovo Watkins Over Video Game
Oakland County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested Docquen Jovo Watkins for strangling his TikTok star boyfriend of 10 years to death. Watkins killed his TikTok star boyfriend Rory Teasley during a fight over a video game.
Watkins called 911 to report he and Teasley had an altercation. Deputies arrived to the couple’s Pontiac, Michigan apartment on Thursday night. Cops say Watkins admitted he and his boyfriend got into a fight. Watkins also claimed Teasley was now “sleeping” on the couch.
However, deputies discovered the TikTok star unconscious and not breathing. As a result, Paramedics rushed Teasley to the hospital. However, doctors promounced him dead on arrival.
Prosecutors say Watkins choked Teasley to death during a dispute over the 2016 shooting game “Overwatch.”
Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard told the media:
The TikTok star amassed a following of 221,000 followers. He also amassed 64,000 Instagram followers and millions of viewers who watched his comedy and dance videos.
Teasley listed himself as ‘Everybody Gay Bestfriend’ and ‘International Twerk Instructor.’
Teasley posted his last video to his TikTok account, @too2pump4tv hours before he was killed.
The TikTok star mocks himself getting closer to turning 30 in the video. The video shows him struggling to get out of bed and stretch his back with loud cracking noises play over the funny video.
Prosecutors subsequently charged Watkins with homicide. He is currently being held without bond. He is currently waiting a probable cause interference hearing on January 18th. Oakland County Prosecutors upgrated the charges to second-degree murder at his arraignment hearing on Sunday. The district court has scheduled a preliminary examination for January 25th.
