Florida Pedophile David Andrew Ogden Faces 30 Years In Prison After Pleading Guilty To Producing And Possessing Kiddie Porn
Florida pedophile David Andrew Ogden is facing at least 30 years in federal prison. Police say he broke into his neighbor’s Central Florida apartment where three children were sleeping. He then proceed to molest two of them while filming the abuse on his cellphone.
A home surveillance camera inside the bedroom caught Ogden molesting and recording the children the early morning of Sept. 8, 2024.
Police arrested Ogden that evening.
Ogden has pleaded guilty to five counts of production of child sexual abuse material. He has also pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child sexual abuse material.
Police Raid Ogden’s Home And Search His Phone
An Orange County judge issued a search warrant which allowed police to examine Ogden’s phone. Polce found the phone contained child sexual abuse material of his minor neighbors. In addition, police found sexual abuse content he created of two other children in 2022 and 2024.
Investigators also found more than 1,000 photos of child sexual abuse made by AI and “10 AI-generated videos. These videos portrayed the abuse of children between the ages of 2 and 6 years old.
The mother of the children he molested on Sept. 8, 2024, called police upon learning Ogden went into her apartment.
She believed Ogden got into the home by unlocking the main door through the mail slot.
Winter Park police wrote in an affidavit that Ogden sent the woman text messages when police were at her apartment.
The affidavit states he also offered to supervise her children.
Ogden is facing up to 30 years in prison for each count of production of child sexual abuse material. He also faces up to 20 years in prison for the child sexual abuse material possession charge. A federal judge will sentence Ogden on November 13, 2025.
