Convicted Long Island Pedophile Anthony Pangallo Pleads Guilty to New Charges of Sexually Exploiting Children
A federal judge accepted a guilty plea from Long Island pedophile Anthony Pangallo. The serial Pedophile pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of a child. He also admitted to soliciting and receiving sexually explicit images and videos from four young female victims. Pangallo faces up to 50 years in prison.
Pangallo’s conduct was especially abhorrent because he is a registered sex offender from a prior state conviction. Yet, he continued to target multiple young victims.
US Attorney Joseph Nocella told the media:
Court filings show police initially arrested Pangallo on May 20, 2021. Police arrested him at his residence in Rego Park, New York on a arrest warrant from Westport, Connecticut.
The Connecticut charges involve a 15-year-old female victim. Court documents say Pangallo met the girl online and manipulated her into sending him sexually explicit images of herself.
The subsequent investigation included a search of Pangallo’s cellphone. The cell phone revealed numerous online communications with other minor females that Pangallo solicited sexually explicit images. Specifically, four children from Long Island. The children include a 12-year-old and three 13-year-olds
Pangallo pretended to be a teenager and manipulated the victims into believing that they were in a relationship together. He then pressured them into sending him sexually explicit images and videos of themselves.
A New Jersey court convicted Pangallo in August 2009 for sexual assault of a minor in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Since then he has been a registered sex offender.
