A Federal Judge In Tampa Sentences Pedophile Airline Employee To More Than 12 Years For Enticing A 12 Year-Old For Sex.
Federal Judge Mary S. Scriven has sentenced 52 year-old Brian Todd Walker to 151 months in federal prison. Scrivin also followed up the sentence to 20 years of supervised release. Why? You guessed it. The pedophile airline employee attempted to coerce and entice a minor to engage in sexual activity. Police also discovered he was in possession of child sexual abuse material. Walker pled guilty on March 25, 2025.
Court documents indicate Walker contacted a 12-year-old female living in his community over TikTok. The family then handed the social media profile over to authorities. As a result, an undercover agent with the FBI took over conversations with Walker.
They then engaged in chats with Walker in an undercover capacity.
Walker engaged in sexual conversations with the undercover agent whom he believed to be the 12-year-old female. He attempted to coerce and entice her to engage in sexual activity. Walker shared his attraction to 12-year-old females and expressed his desire to meet in person.
Court documents show Walker wrote the girl:
On June 24, 2024, Walker travelled to meet the minor in person at the community pool. Law enforcement arrested Walker at the scene. Law enforcement seized Walker’s cell phone. The cell phone contained hundreds of images and videos of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation investigated the case. Assistant United States Attorney Courtney Derry prosecuted the case.
