Palm Beach County Sheriffs Deputies Arrest Palm Beach County Man For Animal Cruelty. Witness Claims She Saw Him Sexually Assault A Dog
The Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office has charged a Palm Beach County man with animal cruelty. They allege Steven Toth engaged in sexual congress with a dog. Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control also issued an order to have the dog removed from the man.
Court documents indicate Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Deputies summoned Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control on January 5, 2024.
A witness said she saw Steven Toth use his private part to penetrate the rear of a dog named “Baby D.”
The witness also says the incident happened in public. The witness says she screamed upon witnessing the perverse act. Then, Mr. Toth apparently fell into bushes with his pants still around his ankles.
The Report states:
Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control took custody of the dog. Sheriff’s Deputies took custody of Mr. Toth is facing several charges. This happened in the 6000 block of Okeechobee Blvd.
