7 Texas Men Filmed Themselves Gang-Raping Two Toddlers In A Bathroom At Houston’s Galleria Mall
Arthur Hector Fernandez recorded himself and 6 other men gang raping toddlers.
Horrifying videos have surfaced of a gang of 7 Texas men sexually abusing toddlers inside the restroom of a Houston mall.
Houston Police have accused Arthur Hector Fernandez with assaulting the toddlers and then posting the videos online. Fernandez worked as a kiosk worker at the Galleria Mall in Houston.
Two friends of Fernandez sometimes left their two 2-year-old children in his care while they worked.
The FBI says they launched a probe last month after the abuse videos posted on a private online forum. The Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation shared the videos with the FBI and the Houston Police.
Each of the four videos shared with authorities reportedly shows a different assault. Police say the assaults took place in different rooms and locations. One video includes Fernandez and six other men assaulting the children at the mall.
Fernandez is the only suspect charged in the case so far. However, it is unknown if he ratted out the other men.
Police detectives used an open-source image repository to search for the face of one of the children. They then and matched it with social media images shared by one of the women.
Police showed the child’s mom ‘sanitized’ image from the abuse materials. The woman reportedly noticed a pair of bracelets owned by Fernandez.
Police then saw the bracelets on the suspect’s social media postings.
FBI agent Torrence White also warned parents that predators are often someone they know.

Fernandez was arrested in December. The federal government has him in federal custody.
Houston’s Galleria is the largest mall in Texas. It is also the seventh largest in the United States.
