Sicko Massachusetts Teacher Pleaded Guilty To Demanding Naked Massages From Three Minors In Laos
Federal court documents in Massachusetts teacher pleaded guilty to engaging in sex acts with minors in Loas.
Sebastian taught English in Laos to Laotian youth. During his last two years there, Sebastian enticed at least three teenage boys to live with him in his apartment.
Sebastian allowed the boys pay their rent by performing “chores” in lieu of paying rent. These chores included giving Sebastian naked massages. Of course, this included giving Sebastian a “happy ending”.
Witness testimony also says that between May 2018 and September 2019, Sebastian engaged and attempted to engage in sexual acts with three minors who lived with him.
Sebastian pleaded guilty to three counts of engaging in illicit sexual conduct in a foreign place.
The court has scheduled a sentencing hearing on March 28, 2024, He faces a maximum penalty of 90 years in prison and lifetime supervised release. Additionally, Court guidelines require Sebastian to pay restitution to his victims. The federal judge will also require Sebastian to register as a sex offender with the Sex Offender Registration.
The FBI investigated the case. They also had assistance from the Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service.
