Delray Beach Police Arrest 61 Year-Old Naked Man Busted Masturbating On The Beach In Delray Beach, Florida

Delray Beach Police have arrested 61 year old naked man busted masturbating on the beach. Police charged Stewart Schiff with indecent exposure after they found him laying nude in the midst of pleasuring himself. A report filed by Delray Beach police stated he was doing it in plain view of people on the 

Police arrested Schiff Stewart Schiff in the morning of Dec. 2, 2025 just before 10 am. The report states police found him on the beach just south of Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach.

Court filings indicate police received a call reporting a naked man blocking the entrance while he masturbated naked. The responding officer stated the witness directed him to the beach where he personally witnessed the act. The police report describes in graphic and explicit detail what the man was doing.

The officer wrote in his report:

“It appeared Schiff heard me approaching as my radio went off. Schiff immediately tried to cover up what he was doing, showing he knew his act was vulgar and indecent.”

The report said the witness positively identified Schiff as the man she saw. At that point, police took Schiff into custody.

The court filing states that Schiff had a history of lewd and lascivious crimes. He also admitted to two prior offenses to the officer. He also told Police that he knew the consequences if he was arrested a third time. However, he gave into temptation and did it a third time.

Schiff remained lodged in the Palm Beach County Jail Thursday. So far Schiff has been unable to post a $10,000 bond in order to be released from jail. The court filing also stated police captured the incident on police body-worn camera.
